We offer a 60-Day Field Satisfaction Guarantee on all Buck Bucket products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the product's purchase price, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: The return request must be initiated within 60 days of the original delivery date.

  • Condition: The product must be returned reasonably clean and in working condition. As our products are designed for rugged outdoor use, normal cosmetic wear and tear is expected and acceptable.
